Used & well maintained/serviced UBERT Rotisserie RTE-50 Electric 32amp Oven with Stand/Trolley. This is a real heavy duty piece of kit, the oven comes with its matching stand/trolley (on wheels) for ease of use and portability around a kitchen/venue. This is a single phase powered used, running off of a 32amp artic supply, with an option to run a direct mains water feed into it to inject water for additional vapour (up to 80psi).

Cosmetically this unit is fine, few small marks here and there but overall this is in generally really good condition! This could do with a proper good clean, although currently ready to work as is. This is by Ubert Gastrotechnik GmbH, and the product code is RTE-50.
