10 rack 1/1 Gastronorm tray capacity. Good oven for all baking and general use.

Temperature range 30 C to 300 C. Air circulation fan on top. Drawer to fit 1/1 Gastronorm on frame. Problem with boiler so steam and self clean doesn't work. We have never needed it on steam so never been a problem, used predominantly for baking breads, cakes and scones on a daily basis and never missed a beat.

Overall Depth 86 cm + 28 cm at top for extract. Comes apart into 3 sections for moving. Restaurant is closed so everything is for sale.
