The Blue Seal Electric Range with Convection Oven E56D is a versatile cooking machine offering all the quality features you would expect from an electric oven range, with the additional benefits of a convection oven. This electric range offers six powerful 2.4kW open radiant elements that are easy to clean, while the convection oven features a 200mmØ heavy duty circulation fan to deliver consistent, high quality results and making it the perfect addition to any busy kitchen. Dimensions 1085(H) x 900(W) x 812(D)mm.

Dimensions - internal 400(H) x 665(W) x 650(D)mm. Dimensions - shelf size 650 x 600mm. Output 21kW (100W oven fan motor, 6 x 2.4kW cooktop elements, 6.5kW oven heating elements). Power Type 3 phase: 2 x 29.3A + 28.3A. Temperature Range 50°C to 320°C. Cooktop has six 2.4kW open radiant elements in Heavy duty welded element fames.

The elements can be lifted up for cleaning. Convection oven has a 200mmø Heavy duty cirulation fan. Unit has two rollers at the back and adjustable legs at the front.

The oven's fan and elements automatically switch off when the door is opened. The cooktop elements have six temperature settings. Cool touch stainless steel door handle. Supplied with two shelves and has four shelf positions. Easy to clean enamelled oven and door inner, and a stainless steel exterior.
