This Empire fan driven or fan-assisted rear convection oven circulates air evenly around food, allowing food to be cooked more evenly in a shorter time and at lower temperatures. The Empire EMP-H571A Convection Oven is ideal for baking, cooking, reheating and warming and supplied with 4 baking trays. The rear fan assisted convection design circulates heat around the oven for even temperatures, with no cold spots, making it ideal for both cooking and baking.

This has a stainless steel exterior and an enamalled interior cavity. The oven has a removable double glazed door and removable racks for easy cleaning.
